Ok...holy cow. My week. Shoot. Really fast. So I did divisions with the other sisters. It was so much fun. They just lack a bit of self -confidence. We were able to get out and teach some really great and spiritual lessons. I love doing divisions and focusing on the other sisters and helping them with their challenges.
Joshua and Naun, our new converts, told me that they have both decided to go on missions!!!! HOLY COW! Best thing to hear on your mission. They are both going to be great.
WE HAD A BODA BAUTISMO!!! We had a wedding Friday night and then, the couple got baptized right after. It was so awesome. It almost fell through but ended up working out. So they moved into our area on Tuesday...got all situated. We got their papers sent to our lawyer who is actually in the ward. Then had to get the cake all done and taken care of...kind of crazy in its own way. Then had to plan the baptism as well. But thankfully it all turned out great. The relief society made food and Hno. Spencer bought a cake. IT WAS PERFECT. Seriously. They both received the gift of the Holy Ghost on Sunday and we are just really happy. They are awesome and so happy. President sent us a text asking how it went and then said congratulations. Saturday, the other sisters had a baptism as well. Josue's little brother got baptized. They live in the area of the other sisters. Josue’s parents are still working on their divorce/wedding thing. But it was cute because the little boy...Jose was so adorable. He barely fit above the water. So cute. Sunday he had his cute white shirt and tie on. He was the only one who bore his testimony after he had received the gift of the Holy Ghost. He said...I want to thank the world for your support. Ha-ha. How darling. So a weekend of baptisms! Really, a special week.
We were able to watch the Relief Society Conference Broadcast. Hno. Spencer set it up for us in English because we have a lot of people in this area from the states. It was great. He even brought a little table/desk thing in for each of us. Way to kind. We loved conference! It was so sooooooo GOOD! Totally answered some prayers and questions that I have had. I learned so much from it and took a lot of notes. My favorite was when they shared the story of the Provo Tabernacle building and relating it to us. How even though the Lord didn't cause a fire to burn the interior of the tabernacle - but because there was a fire - it inspired the building to be turned into a temple - to bless the lives of the Provo Saints. Pres. Monson's talk of prayer was incredible as well. I loved it! This next weekend, we are all going to watch it in the stake building. Hno. Spencer said he'll order pizza for us all this time. Ha-ha. We are all going to have so much fun! Love, love, love conference. The first counselor to the stake president spoke yesterday in our ward of the importance of watching conference where you can focus and feel the spirit. He said the home is not usually the best and most reverent place to listen to conference. If we listen at home, he recommended that we dress up and sit at a table so we are not tempted to fall asleep.  Conference is so important to listen to. We live so close to the Conference Center in Salt Lake. After my mission, I want to go there more. Do they show it in the stake center??? If so...go there. I always got so lazy and never wanted to get ready. They said it helps children to also stay focused. It was a good talk. I hope you all enjoy conference and have your prayers answered.

Great family that we met! Fell in love with them.

Being dorky together. Their son speaks English and they all want to meet you guys. They are so awesome and were baptized in that area last week! Such a great addition!

THEY GOT MARRIED!!!

Signing the papers.

The whole ward came!!!

 THEN THEY GOT BAPTIZED!!!!

Us with them for their baptism!!

I decorated their cake. Ha-ha. Thanks mom for teaching us how to decorate.

Josue's little brother was baptized the next morning...after our couple got baptized. Weekend of white!!!! Woo hoo! He's so precious and shared his testimony on Sunday.

Jam packed in the car with all the women for the broadcast that was at the stake center.

Happy birthday mom!

Us being cute in front of the church. Ha-ha. This girl with us is Annie...she's member in another area that we both met different times but became quick friends.

Next p-day...I’ll be writing in the afternoon because we are going to a cool place with the zone for p-day. Well...I have to head out. I'll read all your emails and write you back next week. Hope that baby Stella comes soon and all works out with that. Give her a hug and a kiss from me!!! Oh and had interviews with president. He said some pretty nice things and great guidance. He’s amazing! Things are just going really well here. But we are trying to push harder for October because I really don't want to let Heavenly Father down. Well...have a great week. Love you guys so much! Please be safe, have fun and do some fun fall activities. Enjoy conference. Pray for the leaders beforehand. Just know that I am focused and working so hard to reach my potential and the expectations Heavenly Father has set for me. I LOVE MY MISSION AND THE TICOS! The church is true!
Love you!
Hna. Jones
