All of us girls...we met a girl named Ruby before getting on the bus who is from Montreal Canada and can speak in English and French. She is so awesome. She hung out with us all day there at the volcano. We shared a message with her and I gave her my ensign of the conference talks in English. It was the only thing I had in English. But she's great. Crazy thing is that the other gringa sister with us...her dad is the mission president in Montreal so we put his number on the back and are setting her up with some missionaries there. SMALL WORLD. Heavenly Father totally has a plan!

Hey....actually...I have to head out. Ahhh. Sorry. Bad
daughter. I know. But things are good. I am happy. A lot of crazy things have
happened this week. I have been praying for more charity with the people and I
have definitely been given opportunities to show it. Um....we are preparing
more new people to be baptized!!!! We have found some great families and a lot
of new investigators. Things are really going great. We brought in the New Year
super chill. We went to Eilyn's for a BBQ and then took a taxi home. It
actually doesn't get crazy here until super late at night. But we were super
safe and low key. We had bought Martinelli's sparkling cider. People all day
had given us cake and food! But very kind. We wrote goals and said
happy New Year. My comp made a joke with...the ball has dropped Hna. Jones in -
China. Ha-ha. I told her the story about being at the hotel in Huntington Beach and dad telling me to go to bed before it turned midnight in California - and dad said - go to bed - the ball has already dropped. We laughed it up. Don’t worry about it
at all. We have had MANY good New Year’s celebrations and we will have MANY
more! Things are just going really great in our area and we are working super
hard trying to get people going. Many couples in the ward are struggling in
their relationships and so we are planning activities to do. We are also
planning movie nights again for here in this area to help people bring their
friends. Hoping we can get some good things going.

much. Yikes! We are going to all have so much fun. Promise I’ll tell you all
more in person. No worries. Sorry it's short. Please forgive me. We are having
fun. Trying to be happy and healthy. Eating MUCH better and actually dropping
....not in my face but soon enough. Talk with you next week. Weird that two
